Chloe Aldridge brings a wealth of experience in project management, research, and executive administration within various organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at TANENBAUM since September 2018, Chloe manages diverse communication styles and deadlines while leading governance and project management efforts. Previous roles include postgraduate research at The Centre for Social Sciences Research & Action, focusing on conflict dynamics in Lebanon, and assisting in humanitarian legislation for the Korean Sharing Movement. With a strong academic foundation, including a Master of Philosophy in International Peace Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The University of Texas at Austin, Chloe's expertise spans program coordination, talent acquisition, and crisis management within educational and nonprofit sectors.
