Vaishali Rathod serves as the Chief People Officer at Tandym Group since September 2020, where responsibilities include managing strategies for hiring, training, professional development, total rewards, and performance management to enhance company culture and support growth. Prior to this role, Vaishali held various positions at Johnson & Johnson from July 2011 to August 2020, including HR Leader for Organizational Effectiveness, where the focus was on talent strategy and organizational change management, as well as leading diversity initiatives in talent acquisition. Vaishali's career also includes experience as an HR Business Partner at Bristol-Myers Squibb and as an HR Specialist at Siemens Medical Solutions. Vaishali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Political Science from Rutgers University.
