Paulina Lipska, PHR has been working as the Director-Tech Recruiting at Tandym Group since April 2016. Prior to that, Paulina was a Recruiter/HR Generalist at Intercos from January 2015 to April 2016. With a Master's degree in Sociology from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, Paulina has experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing applicants, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and providing shortlists to hiring managers.
