Niki Jarzen, currently serving as Managing Director at Tandym Group since July 2022, previously held multiple roles at Metro Systems, Inc. from April 2018 to July 2022, including Managing Director, Account Executive, and Professional Recruiter, where a focus was placed on providing IT professionals to various organizations. Earlier experience includes a position as Promotions Specialist for MillerCoors, promoting the Miller Lite brand, and serving as a Pre Kindergarten Teacher at North Oxford Baptist Church.
