Jay Duffy is an experienced financial professional, currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Tandym Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Duffy held positions as Finance Manager and Senior Financial Planning Analyst at Strategic Financial Solutions NY from June 2018 to May 2022, and as Financial Analyst at Shearman & Sterling LLP from May 2016 to June 2018. Duffy began a career in finance at J.P. Morgan as a Business & Reporting Analyst from November 2014 to May 2016, and gained initial experience as an Institutional Equity Sales & Trading Intern at Rafferty Capital Markets in May 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University, completed in 2014. As a Division I Lacrosse student-athlete, Duffy demonstrated effective time management, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
