Nancy Schmidt is a seasoned leadership coach with extensive experience in healthcare and organizational development. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Tandem Solutions, LLC and Schmidt Coaching Associates, LLC since November 2018, Nancy also contributes as a Term Lecturer and Faculty Coach at MGH Institute of Health Professions since January 2020.
