David Storto is an accomplished health care executive with extensive leadership experience spanning several prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Health Care Executive Advisor at Tandem Solutions, LLC since May 2023, Storto previously held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Tufts Medicine from April 2021 to May 2023. Additionally, Storto was the President at Partners Continuing Care & Spaulding Rehabilitation Network from October 1997 until 2021. Storto's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan, a Master of Arts in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Juris Doctor in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
