Sam Javed currently serves as the Senior Director and Head of MENA Talent Acquisition at Tandem Search, following a merger that created a leading global professional services search firm. Previously, Sam worked at Bluefin Talent as an Executive Search Specialist and Recruitment Specialist, and at the world’s largest independent financial consultancy as a Financial Consultant in Abu Dhabi. Early career experience includes energy consultancy at E.ON and lead generation at Reactiv Media Ltd. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Medical Biology from the University of Huddersfield, where a dissertation focused on E-Cadherin's role in epithelial carcinogenesis was completed. Academic qualifications also include AS and A-levels in Human Biology, Physical Education, Chemistry, and a Community Sports Leadership Award from Greenhead College. Notable accomplishments include being named Consultant of the Year and achieving OFGEM Energy Shore accreditation.
