Co-founding Tandem Search in September 2013, Monal C. plays a pivotal role in leading a global professional services search firm that resulted from the merger of Bluefin Talent and NSI Talent, focusing on servicing clients across multiple regions. Prior to this, Monal C. served as Vice President of Investment Risk at EnTrust Global from 2011 to September 2013, contributing to the development of diversified hedge fund portfolios. Earlier roles include Management Consultant in Risk Advisory at PwC, Front Office Risk Manager at Man GLG, and internships at Société Générale, Allianz, and Lehman Brothers, providing a solid foundation in financial risk and investment management. Monal C. holds a BSc in Investment and Financial Risk Management from Cass Business School.
