Kacey Cao Bowers is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Tandem Care since February 2024. In this role, Kacey develops and implements recruitment strategies, manages onboarding processes, oversees benefits programs, and administers payroll and compensation management. Prior to this position, Kacey worked as a Human Resources Consultant, providing expert HR guidance to clients, and held various roles at Skilled Wound Care, including People/Operations Director, HR/Operations Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Kacey's career began as a Human Resources Assistant at Pacific Health Billing Services and includes an internship in recruitment at Liberty in North Korea. Kacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
