Steve Rao is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in innovation, technology, and finance across various industries. Currently serving as an Investor and Advisory Board Member at Tandem, Steve focuses on enhancing sustainability in transportation through hybrid technology for heavy-duty vehicles. Previously, Steve held the role of Head of Innovation at DTN, driving advancements in agriculture technology, and served as CEO of Farm Market iD, where expertise in data and marketing services empowered leading agribusinesses. Steve's prior roles include CEO and CFO at Relevate, managing financial transformations, as well as key positions at The Corporate Finance Group and AOL, enhancing strategic planning and financial analysis capabilities. Steve holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech.
