Massimo Dragoni is a customer success manager at Tanaza, a software company based in Milan, Italy. Massimo has been with the company for six years and two months, and is responsible for customer relationships development and offering techno-commercial assistance during every step, from the onboarding to any business opportunity, in order to build trust and retain customers.

Prior to joining Tanaza, Massimo was a CCTV specialist at Trolese srl, where they were responsible for pre/post-sales and design of CCTV IP systems, perimeter protection and access control/anti-intrusion systems. Massimo also provided technical training to customers on the range of products involved in different projects. Some of the software/systems they managed included Bosch (telecameras and video management system), Digifort (video management system), Flir (thermal imaging technology), Fluidmesh (wireless IP system), Intellio (telecameras and video management system), Paradox (anti-intrusion), Pelco Endura (telecameras and video management system), Peridect (perimeter detection system), QuantaFlow (professional people/vehicle counting system), and VCA (video content analysis system).

Before their work at Trolese srl, Massimo was an R&D engineer at Fluidmesh Networks for one year.

Massimo Dragoni has a Master's degree in Computing systems engineering from Politecnico di Milano (2004 - 2008), a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications engineering from Politecnico di Milano (1999 - 2003), and a math and science academy degree from Liceo Scientifico (1994 - 1999). Massimo also has certification from Bosch Security Systems, Digifort Pty Ltd, and FLIR Systems.
