Kailey Erickson has work experience at two companies. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Copper Hills Youth Center as an Educator. In 2017, they joined Tanana Chiefs Conference, where they held the positions of Director of Wellness and Prevention until November 2021, and then transitioned to their current role as Edgar Nollner Health Center Director of Operations.
Kailey Erickson earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Teacher Education from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2011. Kailey later pursued a Master's degree in Pedagogy and Sports and Exercise from the University of Utah, completing their studies in 2015.
