Patricia Pennini, PHR, SHRM-CP, PRC has over 40 years of experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role is as Vice President of HR / FSO & ITPSO at Tanager Inc, which they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tanager, Inc as the Sr. Director of Human Resources / FSO from 2012 to 2022. Before joining Tanager, Patricia served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist & AFSO at MIL Corporation from 2010 to 2012. Patricia also worked as the Human Resources Manager at Saturn Corporation from 1982 to 2010, and as the Group Human Resources Manager at K. Hovnanian Homes in 2004. Patricia's extensive experience in HR management and their professional certifications make their a highly qualified and experienced professional in the field.

Patricia Pennini, PHR, SHRM-CP, PRC, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Patricia completed their undergraduate studies from 1998 to 2006.

In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications in the field of Human Resources. Patricia obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2010. Patricia achieved the Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from AIRS in August 2013. Furthermore, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management in January 2015.
