Hilde Mattingsdal serves as the Chief People Officer at Tampnet since January 2017, having advanced through roles such as HR Director and HR Manager. Prior to this, Hilde gained extensive experience at Gulfmark Offshore from July 2007 to December 2016, where responsibilities included managing HR and crew operations for up to 330 seafarers and 19 office staff. Hilde's previous role as Personnel Coordinator involved coordinating crew logistics, recruitment, and training initiatives. Hilde holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR management from the University of Stavanger, completed in 2007.
