Kim Gilchrist currently serves as the Ops Executive Director at Tampa Metro YMCA, a position held since January 2014. Prior to this role, Kim was the Senior Wellness Director at Tampa Metro YMCA from May 2012 to October 2012 and worked as the Regional Wellness Director at Jackson Family YMCA from January 2011 to April 2012. With a strong background in wellness and operations within the YMCA framework, Kim has demonstrated expertise in leadership and program development throughout the years of service.
