Oswaldo Polo, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and engineering. Currently serving as a Technology Analyst Sr l at Tampa Electric since August 2021, Oswaldo performs complex technical assignments while ensuring compliance with NERC and FRCC Standards, focusing on SCADA model data within the ADMS/EMS. Prior to this role, Oswaldo spent over six years at CONMED Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as Kaseya administrator and providing technical input for new product testing. Oswaldo's previous experience also encompasses customer service roles at Advance Auto Parts and Fox Rent-A-Car, as well as technical inspections at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Oswaldo holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Norte.
