Fred Mayo is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing processes and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Tampa Brass and Aluminum since April 2020, Fred has also held positions as Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Manufacturing Engineering/CNC Programmer within the same company. Previously, Fred worked at Talon Innovations as an Engineering Supervisor, overseeing the Manufacturing Engineering team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to enhance teamwork. Prior roles include Manufacturing Engineer and CNC Programmer at Norris Precision Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Manager at Centric Machine, where responsibilities encompassed product design, programming, and production line management. Fred's career began as Machine Shop Manager at Medaes Medical, focusing on the operation of manual and CNC milling machines. Fred is an alumnus of Hillsborough Community College.
