Eliana Lara, PE, is a Senior Professional Engineer at Tampa Bay Water since January 2020, previously serving as a Lead Project Engineer at Wright-Pierce for a brief period in late 2019. Prior experience includes holding the position of Principal Engineer at Passaic Valley Water Commission from January 2018 to July 2019 and working as a Senior Civil Project Engineer at Mott MacDonald from November 2001 to December 2017. Eliana Lara earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1998 and 2003.
