Carrie Zeisse is an experienced leader in strategic operations and organizational development, currently serving as President and CEO of Tampa Bay Thrives since 2020, where the mission focuses on improving mental health outcomes and reducing stigma in the community. Prior roles include Chief Strategy and Operations Officer and Chief Operating Officer at United Way Suncoast, and Chief Operating Officer at United Way of Greater Portland. Carrie has also held positions such as Vice President of Business Development and Finance at Boston Harbor Island Alliance and Director of Marketing and Strategy at The Trust for Public Land. Education credentials include an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BFA in Photography from Maine College of Art & Design.
