Tonya Elmore serves as the President and CEO of the Tampa Bay Innovation Center since July 2010, where STAR-TEC Enterprises, Inc. founded and operates the center and TEC Garage. Additionally, Tonya holds the position of President at the STAR Technology Enterprise Center since February 2003, a technology incubator focused on defense tech startups, partnering with organizations like USSOCOM and MARCORSYSCOM to promote small business innovation. Tonya completed an Executive MBA at the University of South Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
