Joey DiPompo started their work experience in 2010 as the Director of Golf Operations at Tampa Bay Downs Inc. In 2014, they then became the Head Boys & Girls Golf Coach at Sickles High School.

Joey DiPompo studied at the Professional Golfers Career College from 2009 to 2010. Joey pursued a degree in Golf Management and focused on the field of study related to golf management during their time at the college.
