Mohamed Ramadan is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as a Senior Atlassian Solution Expert at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mohamed worked at Tamkeen Technologies, focusing on Application Operation and Performance Engineering as an Atlassian Solution Expert from June 2019.
