Louai Younis is a seasoned professional in the fields of retail design and project management, currently serving as the Retail Design & Delivery Manager at Tamdeen Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Louai was a Senior Project Manager at Global Identity from September 2013 to August 2022, and briefly worked as a Trainee Site Engineer at Kuwaiti Manager Company & Bovis Lend Lease (JV) in 2012. Louai holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Tishreen University (2009-2013) and is pursuing a Master of Science in Advanced Structural Engineering at Heriot-Watt University (2021-present) along with a Master of Business Administration at Rome Business School (2024-2025).
