Jovanna Ramirez has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Market Research Associate at Baltimore Research - A Schlesinger Company. In 2014, they moved to Atlantic Mobile Apps as an Account Manager and UX Consultant. In 2018, they took on the role of Brand Communications Manager at DAMA, and also began working as a Customer Experience Manager at Rejoice Dance Ministry. In 2019, they became an Executive Sales Consultant at Air Charter Service, and in 2020 they took on the roles of Lead Strategist at Lead SEO Agency and Growth Manager at Fortune Digital LLC. Most recently, they began working as a Lead Account Executive at Tambourine: technology and creativity for hotels and resorts in 2021.

Jovanna Ramirez graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing. Jovanna has since obtained several certifications, including Hubspot Sales Software Certified from HubSpot in June 2020, UX Foundations: Research and UX Research Methods: Card Sorting from LinkedIn in April 2020, Google Ads Measurement Certification from Google in July 2022, and Google Ads Search Certification from Google in June 2022.
