Philip Bates is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and finance sectors with extensive experience. Since June 2014, Philip has served as the Managing Partner at TMC Group, while also holding the position of CEO at TMC Hospitality since January 2015. Additionally, Philip has been a Venture Partner and Investment Committee Member at Tamarisc since June 2014. Previous roles include Vice President at TMC America from June 2012 to June 2014, Senior Analyst at Colony Capital from June 2011 to June 2012, and Acquisitions Intern at Barker Pacific Group in early 2011. Philip started their career as a Project Manager at AMI, inc from 2007 to 2009.
