Shibani Shenoy is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Research and Talent Acquisition at Tamarind Executive Search since May 2019. Prior to this role, Shibani worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Kotak Mahindra Bank from December 2014 to December 2018 and as an Assistant Manager in HR at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd from May 2005 to February 2010. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from R.
