Chad Eickholt has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Chad began their career at Hallmark Cards, where they held various roles including Customer Service Specialist, Communication Specialist, Quality Administrator, Service Trainer, and Service Manager. Chad then moved on to U.S. Bank, where they served as a Service Manager, Operations Manager/Bank Officer, and Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager. During their time at U.S. Bank, they managed operational activities, led projects, and oversaw portfolio growth. Chad also worked at The Kyrie Foundation as President, leading fundraising efforts for pediatric brain cancer research. Currently, they are working at Talus Pay as the Director of Alliance Relations, where they are responsible for establishing and maintaining alliances, as well as advising and consulting with clients on solutions and offerings. Overall, Chad Eickholt has a strong background in customer service, alliance management, operations, and fundraising.

Chad Eickholt completed their Bachelor's degree in Business & Public Administration with a minor in Economics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1995 to 1999. Chad then pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the same university, specializing in Leadership & Change in Human Systems and General Management, from 2003 to 2005. During the same year, they obtained a certification as a Certified Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
