Riitta Ristiluoma has extensive work experience in research, with a focus on market research and project research. Riitta worked as a Market Researcher at Taloustutkimus Oy from 2005 to 2011, where they gained valuable experience in conducting market research projects. In 2012, Riitta joined the same company as a Research Manager, taking on more responsibility in managing research projects. Prior to their role at Taloustutkimus Oy, Riitta worked as a Project Researcher at MTT Agrifood Research Finland from 2001 to 2005. Throughout their career, Riitta has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to research and has developed expertise in both market research and project research.

Riitta Ristiluoma obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in food economics and marketing from the University of Helsinki, where they studied from 1993 to 2000. Additionally, in 1995, they attended The Philipp University of Marburg for a brief period to study Allgemeine und Germanistische Linguistik und Philologie, although they did not obtain a specific degree from this institution.
