Ted Kinney is the Vice President of Research and Development at Talogy, formerly known as Cubiks PSI, with a tenure that began in January 2007. Overseeing a global team of 600 experts across 17 organizations, Talogy supports over 10,000 organizations in identifying top talent using psychology and technology. Prior to Talogy, Ted Kinney held various roles at GEICO, including Selection Systems Analyst, from April 2003 to April 2007. Ted Kinney holds a PhD and a BS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and a MS in the same field from Colorado State University.
