Matthew Jones began their work experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Kansas in August 2005. Matthew then transitioned to the role of Director at iD Tech Camps in May 2003 and held the position until August 2008. Following that, Matthew worked at Circle K as an Applications Developer from November 2008 to January 2011, and then as a Senior Application Developer from January 2011 to May 2012. Finally, Matthew became a Lead Software Engineer at Talogy in April 2012, where they are currently employed.

Matthew Jones earned their Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Hanover College from 2001 to 2005. Matthew furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Kansas from 2005 to 2008.
