Christa Bupp, PhD, is an experienced Consulting Manager at Talogy since January 2018, leading initiatives in organizational diversity and inclusion. Prior to this role, Christa served as a Senior Research Analyst at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, where responsibilities included leading research on diversity and inclusion models for the Department of Defense. Additional experience includes consulting at The Center for Organizational Effectiveness, teaching Intro to Psychology at Florida Institute of Technology, and working as a Human Performance Technician at General Dynamics Information Technology. Christa holds a Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology, along with a Master’s degree in the same field and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University.
