Guy-Armel Bounda, Ph.D (Clin Pharm) has worked in various roles in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry since 2014. Guy-Armel began their career as a Biomedical Advisor and Drug Expert (Clin Pharm) at SINOMEDICA CO., LTD. Guy-Armel then took on the role of Biomedical & Drug Consultant, where they were responsible for reviewing medical documents for machines and equipment, supervising the translation and editing of medical and pharmaceutical documents, and assessing the technical features of biomedical machines. In 2017, they joined TransPerfect as a Professional Life Sciences Translator/Proofreader and MT-Post editor. In 2018, they became Co-Founder & Managing Editor at GAB® Editing & Proofreading Services and an Independent Business Consultant at Talmix. Guy-Armel also took on the role of Freelance Transcriber at GoTranscript Transcription Services. In 2019, they joined GlobalWonks as a Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Life science Consultant and Day Translations, Inc. as a Life Science Translator (Freelance) and WordSunny as an Academic Advisor, Tutor & Editor (Freelance). In 2020, they began working as a Pharma Services Representative in China at Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited. From 2015 to 2020, they held the role of Sr. Scientific Editor II at Medjaden Bioscience Limited, where they were responsible for scientific writing, extensive editing and proofreading of manuscripts and proposals, target journal recommendation, and giving scientific lectures at scientific symposiums and seminars.

Guy-Armel Bounda, Ph.D (Clin Pharm) began their education in 1986 at Ecole Catholique Notre Dame in Mouila, Gabon, where they obtained their C.E.P.E in 1993. Guy-Armel then attended College Catholique Saint Gabriel in Mouila, Gabon, where they obtained their BEPC in 1997 and their BAC in Biology/Biological Sciences, General in 2001. In 2002, they attended China Pharmaceutical University to obtain their HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) in Chinese Language and Literature, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy in 2007. Guy-Armel then obtained their Master's degree in Clinical Pharmacy in 2010, before finally obtaining their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Pharmacy in 2015. In addition, Guy-Armel Bounda, Ph.D (Clin Pharm) has obtained several certifications, including Design and Interpretations of Clinical Trials from The Johns Hopkins University in 2020, Machine Translation Post-Editing from TransPerfect in 2018, Life Sciences Linguist from TransPerfect in 2017, and ICH GOOD CLINICALPRACTICE E6 (R2) from The Global Health Network in 2021.
