Elldre Keyser has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Elldre started their career in 1999 as a Call Centre Manager at Alpha Telecom, where they managed customer service functions and implemented outsourcing strategies. In 2003, they joined Liquid Telecom as the Operations Manager - Customer Care, responsible for outsourcing processes and expanding the business. From 2006 to 2008, Keyser worked as an Operations Manager on a consultancy contract for Tuxedo Money Solutions. In 2010, they became the Head of Service Delivery at Gulftech, where they developed and managed service delivery for prepaid products. In 2015, Keyser worked as an Operations Manager at MBC Global Pty Ltd, and in 2016, they joined Tally Group as the Vice President Managed Services.
Elldre Keyser obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Management from UNISA (University of South Africa) between 1995 and 1998. In 2014, Elldre Keyser also completed a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Human Resource Management at the Management College of South Africa (MANCOSA). Additionally, Elldre Keyser earned a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) in 2011.
