Yana Kovalchuk has a diverse work experience, spanning over several years and industries. Yana started their career as a Specialist in the Sales Management Division at OTP Bank in 2007. Yana then worked as a Senior Economist in the Division of financial policy and the development of real economy at Kyiv City State Administration from 2009 to 2010. After that, they served as the International Secretary and Member of the Board at the All Ukrainian Nongovernmental Youth Organization "European Youth of Ukraine" from 2007 to 2012.

In 2010, Yana joined OTP Bank, Ukraine as a Senior Expert in the Credit Administration and Monitoring Division of Risk Management, where they worked until 2016. Following this, they worked as a Business Advisor/Analyst at Business Boost International B.V. (BBI) from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of a Strategy Associate at Infopulse, where they worked until December 2020.

Yana's latest position is as a Junior Big Data Engineer at Tallium Inc., which they started in December 2021. Their work experience showcases their ability to adapt and excel in different roles and industries.
