Priit Rohumaa serves as a Founding Partner at Nutshell Ventures, which focuses on investing in Green Technologies and scalable technologies in Europe, since January 2022. Currently, Rohumaa holds several notable positions including Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ekspress Grupp and Member of the Supervisory Board at Admiral Markets Group and AS Tallinna Vesi. Rohumaa has also been a Managing Partner at Nutshell Family Office since 2015 and was a Board member at both EBAN and EstBAN until 2021. Previously, Rohumaa held key roles at the Foresight Centre at the Parliament of Estonia and Estonian Railway. A seasoned executive, Rohumaa served as CEO and CFO at Viru Keemia Grupp from 2000 to 2015. Academic credentials include an MBA in International Business Administration from Estonian Business School and an MBA in Power Engineering from TallTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
