Age Vanajuur has a diverse work experience across various companies. Age started at SEB as a Sales Manager from 2001 to 2003. Then, they worked at EMT as a Customer Care & Sales Development Manager from 2003 to 2011 and later as Head of Customer Operations from 2011 to 2014. Age then joined Telia Eesti as a Sales & Customer Care Executive from 2014 to 2017. After that, they worked at Tallinn Airport GH Ltd. as a Member of the Management Board, Head of HR & Passenger Service from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Age is working at Tallink Grupp, first as Head of Group Customer Experience & eCommerce since 2019, and more recently as Head of Group Employee Engagement & Customer Experience since August 2021.

Age Vanajuur earned an MBA from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, with no specified start year and graduated in 2003. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Age pursued an MSc in Informatics from Tallinna ülikool. Additionally, Age attended TTÜ Tallinna Kolledž, without any provided degree or field of study information, until 1995.
