James Eastham is a seasoned construction executive with extensive experience in operational leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Talley Riggins Construction Group, LLC since October 2019, Eastham has progressed through several titles including Vice President-Operations and Director of Operations. Previously, Eastham held the position of Development Principal at UEB Builders, a firm renowned for its environmentally responsible projects, from August 2018 to July 2020. Prior to that, Eastham was the Vice President of Construction Operations at Skiles Group from 2012 to April 2018, showcasing a strong track record in managing complex construction projects and fostering sustainable practices.
