Andy Kelley is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as a Project Executive at Talley Riggins Construction Group, LLC since March 2023, Andy previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Talley-Riggins from February 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Andy worked as a Senior Project Manager at Spring Valley Construction Company and The Christman Company between January 2021 and January 2021. Andy's career began at Medco Construction, where a tenure from December 1999 to March 2020 culminated in the role of Senior Project Manager. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, earned between 1997 and 1999.
