Tracey Morant Adams, Ph.D., currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Community Development & Corporate Social Responsibility Officer at Renasant Bank since August 2013, where responsibilities include directing community programs that promote economic development. Additionally, Morant Adams holds the position of South Eastern Regional Director for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, overseeing nearly 14,000 members and previously leading significant membership reactivation efforts. Morant Adams is also the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Talladega College and has served as Chairperson of the Board for the Women's Foundation of Alabama, driving initiatives for gender and economic equity. Previous roles include Director of the Office of Economic Development for the City of Birmingham and Assistant Vice President of Wholesale Operations at AT&T. Morant Adams earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Policy and Law from Alabama State University, an MBA from Samford University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Montevallo.
