Dana Streveler has extensive experience in customer support and service roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Expert at Talkwalker since July 2018, Dana has advanced from various customer support positions within the company. Prior to this, Dana worked at Blizzard Entertainment from June 2009 to June 2018, initially as a Customer Service Representative before assuming a temporary role as Customer Service Supervisor, focusing on performance improvement and team management. Dana's early career included a role as a Data Input Agent at Chase Travel and Tours International from February 2008 to May 2009. Dana holds a degree as an International Tourism Assistant from SWA-Weiterbildungsakademie Sachsen GmBH, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
