Guy Jones is an experienced manager with a strong background in operations and sales within various sectors. Currently serving as Complaints Operations Manager and previously as Broadband Assurance Team Manager at TalkTalk since March 2020, Guy has effectively managed customer complaints and team performance. Prior roles include UK Sales and Operations Manager at W.H Scott & Son Engineers Ltd, Assistant General Manager at John Sutch Cranes Ltd overseeing hire desk operations, and Branch Manager at Lifting Gear UK Ltd, responsible for daily branch operations and staff management.
