Heather Alder has a strong work experience in various roles within the healthcare and technology industries. Heather currently holds the position of Senior Director, Accounts at Talkspace since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Premera Blue Cross as a Manager of Provider Network and later as a Network Executive from January 2020 to December 2022.
Before that, Heather served as the Director of Employee Assistance Program at First Choice Health, where they developed and implemented an original telehealth EAP solution from April 2018 to January 2020.
Heather also worked at Quartet Health as a Senior Account Manager from October 2016 to April 2018, where they supported and expanded a technology solution to bridge the gap between primary care and mental health, managing large accounts and recruiting new opportunities.
In addition, Heather had previous experience at First Choice Health as the Manager of Operations and Business Development - Employee Assistance Program from August 2015 to October 2016, where they actively searched for new customers and focused on service patterns to retain clients. Heather also worked as a Supervisor of Customer Service, EAP from February 2013 to August 2015, managing a small team and representing the company to various stakeholders.
Heather began their career at Utrip as an intern from May 2011 to August 2011.
Heather Alder completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from the University of Washington, between 2007 and 2011.
