Ron Lugge has a long and varied work experience. Ron began in 2004 as a Student Worker at an Advertising Car Yard. In 2009, they became a UI Programmer at Thot Studios. In 2010, they were an MSDN AA Ambassador at CSU Fresno's Computer Science Department. In 2011, they were an Independent Contractor, Web Programmer at Steele Studios, and PHP Programmer at Digital Attic. Ron then became Lead Programmer at MessageReminders in 2012. In 2019, they were a Software Engineer at Broadway Media Distribution, Inc., where they developed in-house video presentation software for iOS and backing server support using Ruby on Rails. In 2020, they became a Sr. Backend Engineer (RoR) at Modis, and in 2021 they are a Senior Backend Engineer at talkshoplive®.

Ron Lugge attended California State University, Fresno from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
