Mafalda Ribeiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and customer management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Talkdesk since May 2021, Mafalda has previously held the role of Customer Success Manager at Altitude Software, focusing on demand generation and management for global key accounts. Other notable positions at Altitude Software include Program Director, where responsibilities included partner operations and customer management in Northern Europe, and Project Manager, overseeing contact center implementation projects. Prior to this, Mafalda worked as a Senior Consultant at Accenture, specializing in project management and information systems consulting. Mafalda holds a Postgraduate Degree in Executive Master in Program and Project Management and a Post Graduation in Executive Sales Management from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education, complementing a foundational degree from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
