Sean Letsinger, MS, is an experienced professional in both business development and diving coaching, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Founder/CEO at Talk Hiring since 2022, where responsibilities include oversight of strategic partnerships, growth, and product launch initiatives. Prior to this role, Sean held various coaching positions, including Head Coach for Men's and Women's Diving at Princeton University and Director of Diving at Princeton Tigers Aquatic Club. With a strong background in sport leadership, Sean has also served as Head Women’s Diving Coach at the University of Richmond and founded Richmond Area Diving, LLC. Sean's educational qualifications include Master of Science degrees in Sport Leadership from South Dakota State University and Virginia Commonwealth University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
