Jani K. has worked in various customer service and operations roles since 2018. Jani began their career at Suncoast Management as a Customer Support Representative, where they assisted customers from the US and Canada with their digital/physical purchases and issues. Jani also helped digital/physical content sellers with setting up and managing their storefronts hosted on the website. In 2019, Jani K. joined Wiz Partners as a Shift Manager and Customer Support Representative. Jani then moved on to Paint Your Life in 2020, where they worked as a Customer Support Representative. In 2020, Jani K. began working at DSPro as a Dispatcher and, most recently, in 2021, they joined Talixo as an Operations Agent.

Jani K. obtained an Associate's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Ilia State University between 2016 and 2018. Prior to this, Jani K. obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Caucasus University between 2013 and 2015.
