Elledie-Jane Mays is an experienced professional in the fields of safety, health, and geology, currently serving as a Safety Advisor at Talison Lithium since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mays worked as an HSE Advisor at Iron Mine Contracting and as a SHEQ Coordinator at GenusPlus Group. Mays has extensive geological expertise, having held multiple positions at Northern Star Resources Limited, including Resource Development Geologist and Exploration Geologist. Mays began a career in geology with roles at McElroy Bryan Geological Services and has a background in customer service and tennis coaching. Mays holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science (Geology) from The University of Newcastle.
