Jeff Sears is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at TalentReach. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on building high-performing sales organizations.
Prior to joining TalentReach, Jeff was the Senior Vice President of National Sales and Market Development at Sterling Talent Solutions, where they were responsible for the acquisition, training, development, and retention of salespeople. Jeff excels in building the sales infrastructure, resolving complex situations quickly, and building consensus with other organizational leaders, while continuing to drive revenue growth for the firm.
Before Sterling Talent Solutions, Jeff was the Vice President of National Sales and Market Development at TalentWise, a SterlingBackcheck Company. In this role, they were instrumental in building a high-performing sales organization from the ground floor up, intimately involved in recruiting and hiring top talent, training, mentoring, and developing compensation plans. Focusing on the success of their team, they assigned the key metrics of average time to close, lead velocity, and lead follow-up time. Jeff also strategically aligned territories and segments for market optimization.
During their time at TalentWise, Jeff made several notable achievements, including reducing the average time to close from 102 days to 67.5 days, improving ENPS from 21 to 62, and increasing LTV/CAC by 75%. Jeff also built out a Market Development Team focused on lead generation which resulted in a 154% increase in appointments YOY.
