Amber O'Reilly has a diverse work history, starting in 2001 as a Technical Recruiter and National Recruiting Team Lead at Eagle Professional Resources. Amber was responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring technical candidates for contract positions. Amber also played a key role in building the National Recruiting Team and defining its responsibilities and strategic direction. After this role, Amber worked at The People Bank as a Staffing Consultant before joining IBM as a Resourcing On Demand Lead. Amber then moved on to Electronic Arts as a Talent Acquisition professional before working at Tundra Technical Solutions as a Proposal Manager and Strategic Advisor. Currently, Amber is the President and Co-Founder of TalentNet Inc.
